(d) Any difficulty experienced by the visitor in terms of making the audio files functional once they have been downloaded will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.

(e) Any problem experienced by the visitor in listening to or burning audio files onto CD will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.

(f) In no way is the information contained on the CD's made available by the Company, to be construed as medical, psychological or healing advice.

(g) The Company warrants that any private information collected from the visitor in the course of any communications, such as name, address, email address etc will not be divulged to any third party.

(h) The visitor agrees to accept emails from the company notifying of further publications by the company.
